Is anyone surprised that our racist President would select as his first Supreme Court nominee a candidate who is as equally representative of the racist mindset as himself? Obama's grudge against middle (white) America continues with his selection of 2nd Circuit Court judge Sonia Sotomayor. An unapologetic racist who recently ruled that the City of Hartford Connecticut was within its rights to renege on its promise to promote candidates who passed a rigorous test due to the racial makeup of the passers vs. the non-passers shows that for her, justice is nowhere near colorblind. Instead, for her, color is what counts.

What if the test takers in Hartford who passed the test were overwhelmingly Hispanic or black and not white? Would Hartford have rescinded their promise of promotions? Would Sotomayor have agreed with their decision then? Highly doubtful on both counts. No - impossible on both counts.

Obama to Give All Employee Performance Reviews

If a plan crafted by Barney Frank and President Obama becomes legislation, President Obama will be giving all workers in America their annual performance reviews one-on-one. Based on each person's individual performance and contribution to their companies, a merit increase in pay may or may not be given. For workers with sub-par performance, they will likely experience a decrease in pay.

For those with the obvious concern of how can Obama determine their performance and compensation if the President has never met them, don't fret! The cameras will help. And, while the list of employee reviews to perform is indeed very long, Obama will get to you sooner (or later.) Yes, rest assured that line for reviews is ever-shrinking!
